QUESTIONS

Residential Exterior: common questions

Something else you would like to know? Call us or send a few photos with the quote form.

How do you prepare weatherboards before painting?

Surfaces are water blasted to remove moss, mould and chalky residue, then scraped, sanded and primed so the new coating bonds to a clean, sound surface.

Do you paint plaster and masonry homes?

Yes. Plaster and masonry are coated with systems such as Resene X-200, used on our Takapuna and Hamilton exteriors.

Can you work on two-storey houses?

Yes. Our operators hold EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Silvercard certification, we hire the right access equipment for each job, and follow site Health & Safety procedures for work at height.
